Keep the mission in front. We will hold the finances behind it.

Fund accounting, compliance and board reporting built for organizations that answer to donors as well as to regulators.

What this is

Focus on the mission. We will handle the finances.

Running a non-profit carries obligations a business never has, from tracking restricted donor funds to holding compliance across several regulators at once. Our team keeps the organization financially sound and on the right side of every requirement.

Here is how we help

Donor fund tracking, including restricted and designated funds.

Regulatory compliance, the filings and the deadlines that come with them.

Financial stability and sustainability planning.

Board-ready reporting a non-finance trustee can actually read.

Where it usually breaks

Restricted funds tracked in a spreadsheet
Filings remembered late
Board packs written the night before
Reserves nobody has planned

Non-Profit Administration

Fund accounting in the ledger itself
A compliance calendar with owners
Board reporting on a schedule
A reserves policy with a number in it
The tax savings

Sound finances are what let the mission keep its funding.

We review more than 1,000 returns a year, and the average business we look at is overpaying by about 40%. For most clients that saving is larger than our fee, which is what pays for the bookkeeping, the reporting and the advisory.

Based on the returns we review. What any individual business saves depends on its own circumstances.

What we administer.

Funds

Restricted and unrestricted

Every dollar tracked against the purpose it was given for.

Compliance

Filings and registrations

Federal and state obligations mapped out, with the dates held for you.

Reporting

Board and donor

Statements the board can act on and funders will accept.

Sustainability

Reserves and runway

A reserves position and a runway number the board reviews rather than guesses.

Requirements vary by state and by the type of exemption held. Compliance scope is confirmed with you at the start.

Common questions.

Do you work with small organizations?

Yes. Much of the compliance load is the same regardless of size, which is exactly why smaller organizations get caught by it.

Can you prepare the Form 990?

Yes, alongside the state filings that go with it and the schedules that most often draw questions.

Our board is not financial. Can they follow the reporting?

That is the point of it. Board reporting is written to be read by trustees, with the technical detail available underneath.
